Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a beautiful district in Antwerp, making it a jewel in the old chapel with calm and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were of a reasonable size but the one in the other building for my mom was less special and spacious than we asked for, and the TV wasn't working properly.
The hotel on the other side was clean and of a reasonable size, perfect for our 2-night stay despite booking for 3 initially. The service was great, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a paid shuttle service. The location, although slightly out of the way, was so calm and beautiful that we didn't feel the need to venture elsewhere. The dining experience was average for the cost, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel is a bit out of the way in a beautiful district in Antwerp and offers a calm and beautiful atmosphere. While the rooms in the other building were less special and spacious than expected, and the TV only worked for 2 nights instead of 3, the location shines as a jewel in an old chapel. Dining is a feast, and the amazing breakfast is not to be missed.
Although the room wasn't as special or spacious as requested, and there was an issue with the TV in the other building, the hotel's rooms in the main building are spacious with state-of-the-art facilities, perfectly located in the city center. The service was exceptional, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and a paid shuttle service, along with a lovely welcome drink. The location is serene and beautiful, eliminating the need to venture far, set in a charming old chapel, but slightly out of the city center. The dining experience was divine, especially the amazing breakfast. The hotel boasts great facilities for a pleasant stay.
